Hello everybody,
I hope you’re all having a great time (and maybe even starting Christmas preparations?)… ✨
As you probably already know, I’m in California now, and last weekend I decided to seize the opportunity and visit Yosemite National Park 🏞️. Hiking and spending time in nature are my favorite ways to give my always-busy mind some rest.
And the park certainly didn’t disappoint! It is mostly famous for the El Cap movie and Free Solo climbing - and although we didn’t climb this time, we went for a lovely long hike. We went all the way to Upper Yosemite Falls and then proceeded to Yosemite Point, for a grand total of about 7 hours.
Even though we were enjoying the views, the hike itself was quite difficult compared to some trails in the Italian Alps I tried last summer - but it was totally worth it! The views were absolutely amazing, and being immersed in nature always helps me recharge.
I know this is not what you usually expect from Friday Inspo, but hiking through the beautiful landscapes I realized this is also something I'd love to inspire - let yourself take a break, have a day off, go outside… It's fun and so recharging! 😌
What are your favorite ways to relax?
Thank you for reading and enjoy the weekend ahead.
Eva.
